Pair of steel discs – medium – for manual grain mill Diamant D.525

These grinding discs ”medium” are the standard grinding discs that are automatically supplied with the manual grain mill Diamant D.525.

They are made of steel and are manufactured by the Danish producer Engsko in Poland just like the body of the mill.

85% of the flour ground with these ”medium” discs falls through a 0.3 mm sieve. These standard discs are therefore suitable for most baking projects.

If you need the ”medium” discs as replacement parts, they can be separately ordered here.

If you instead need a very coarse or particularly fine grind, there are other grinding discs available for both of these purposes.
