Shipping policy

We deliver our products to most countries of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) and to Switzerland. At present we are unfortunately unable to serve countries outside of Europe.

In addition to mailing orders from our own warehouse in Finland we also use direct deliveries from other locations inside the European Union. If you are ordering more than one item it is therefore possible that you will receive more than one parcel originating from different locations.

When shipping products to our customers we use the services of the Finnish post, Matkahuolto, UPS, GLS and Asendia. The Finnish post and Matkahuolto are used when shipping products to customers located in Finland, and UPS, GLS, Asendia and the Finnish post when shipping to customers elsewhere in Europe.

For larger orders, it may be necessary to pack the goods into more than one parcel.

Where possible, you can choose at checkout which pickup station you prefer to use for your parcel’s delivery. It may happen that your parcel cannot be delivered to, for example, the automated parcel locker you chose as it might be full at the time of delivery. In that case, the parcel will be delivered to the next possible pickup station.

Costs of delivery will be added to the final total of your order according to the table below which shows shipping rates for orders of different weight mailed to different destinations.
