Acid proof stainless steel bucket with bottom rim, 12 l

NOTE! We do not keep this bucket in stock as there is only a small demand for it. The manufacturer also makes these only to order. Every once in a while we collect orders for this product, after which they are manufactured for us as a special order. In those cases, delivery is a few weeks after the last order date of the order batch. The next order date is not yet known. Orders for the previous order batch were accepted until May 15, 2025.

This acid proof stainless steel bucket with a bottom rim is produced in Sweden at DaloLindén's Motala factory, where stainless steel products have been manufactured ever since 1947. DaloLindén's introductory video introduces viewers to the production in Motala.

This sturdy bucket is made of acid proof stainless steel, grade AISI 316 L. This means that this bucket will also hold up well in a salty marine environment where the commonly used AISI 304 stainless steel grade would be more prone to rusting. However, the bucket's handle is AISI 304 steel quality.

The raw material is of European origin and has a recycled material content of approximately 80–90%. It is a high quality steel that lasts well in many environments. It is easy to keep clean, is suitable for food use, withstands temperatures from -20 °C to 250 °C and is also dishwasher safe.

The bucket is part of DaloLindén's Jonas kitchen product series. DaloLindén's products are of high quality and well finished, and they are made to last.

This stainless steel bucket has a 2 cm wide bottom rim, which creates a hollow space under the bottom of the bucket. In this way the bucket stays cleaner in a dirty environment. In addition, the bottom band makes it easier to empty and wash the bucket, because it enables a firm grip on the bottom of the bucket. The bottom rim is welded to the upper part of the bucket.

This acid proof steel bucket is only available in one size, with its volume being 12 liters. The bucket’s outer diameter across the top is 31 cm and its height without the handle or its attachment part is 29 cm. The bucket weighs approximately 1.5 kg. It has a measuring scale on the inside.

The bucket is made of heavy duty steel that does not dent easily. It further has no rolled edges that could collect dirt or bacteria. 
Stainless steel products made in Europe are a rarity these days and we are therefore particularly pleased to have this quality product of Swedish origin in our product range. Stainless steel products have their price, but once purchased, they serve their users for a long time. They are further a good example of circular economy, with their high recycled content and full recyclability without any quality degradation.
